Growing up in the Texas Hill Country was a community of German and Mexican influence, homemade Mexican food and wild game were common, our smoke house was often filled with sausage, jerky and brisket as we celebrated many events. Cajun family roots out of south Louisiana added to our various cooking styles. We bring to you a tradition of South Texas Hill Country and Real Cajun flare enjoyed by our many friends.
